Who operates this site

This site is operated by Really Fun Media LLC, a limited liability company registered in Florida, United States. References to “we” and “us” mean that entity.

What we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, address, or payment information. We never see what you buy.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs including IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of request. These are used to keep the site running and to detect abuse. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

If you email us, we hold that email and our reply for as long as needed to handle the matter.

Cookies and affiliate tracking

This site sets one cookie of its own, a session flag recording that you confirmed you are over 18. It is deleted when you close your browser and contains nothing else.

When you click a link marked as an affiliate link, the retailer sets a cookie in your browser recording that you arrived from this site. If you buy something within that cookie's window, the retailer pays us a commission. That cookie belongs to the retailer, is governed by the retailer's privacy policy, and we cannot read it. We receive an aggregate report of commissions earned. We do not receive your identity, your order contents, or your address.

You can block or delete these cookies in your browser at any time. Doing so does not change what you pay or restrict your use of this site.

Analytics

We use privacy-focused analytics that record page views and referrers in aggregate, without cookies and without cross-site tracking. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or social media trackers.

Who we share data with

Nobody, other than the service providers required to operate the site: our hosting provider, our analytics provider, and our email provider. We do not sell personal information, and we have never sold personal information. We do not share data with advertisers, because we do not run advertising.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Residents of California under the CCPA and residents of the EU and UK under the GDPR have these rights explicitly. Because we collect so little, in most cases the answer to a request will be that we hold nothing beyond a server log entry.

Children

This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

Data retention

Server logs are retained for 30 days and then discarded. Email correspondence is retained for two years. Aggregate analytics contain no personal information and are retained indefinitely.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the home page for 30 days.
